About these terms GlowMuse (formerly Lumi Edit) is an independent photo editor provided by Molly Lu. These terms describe app use, photo editing, saving and sharing. See Privacy Policy in Settings for personal information handling. The app is distributed through the App Store, and applicable Apple platform terms remain in effect.

Permission to use and photo rights You may use the app's available features on compatible devices subject to applicable law and relevant terms. Rights in the software, interface and included materials belong to their respective owners and are not transferred by installation or use. You retain your rights in your photos; local editing does not transfer those rights to the developer. Included demonstration images explain features and do not grant permission to separately distribute or otherwise exploit others' materials.

Lawful use and others' rights Only edit, save or share photos you own or have the necessary permission to use. Respect privacy, image rights and intellectual property. Do not use the app for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or infringement of others' rights. An edited photo is not proof of authenticity or evidence that depicted people consent to editing or distribution. Observe applicable protections and obtain necessary permission when minors are involved.

Effects and feature scope The current photo picker and camera flows process still images locally on your device. Results depend on the photo, device and selected features; local repairs may leave artifacts or change nearby details. Review results before saving or sharing and use the available undo, cancel or retry controls as appropriate. Help illustrations do not guarantee the same result for every photo.

Saving and sharing Editing sessions are not automatically saved as recoverable projects. Leaving editing or app termination may lose unsaved changes; keep important originals and backups. A successful save creates a separate copy in Photos without overwriting the original. Format and quality choices may affect file size and detail. Completing the share sheet does not mean a receiving platform has published the content. A selected app or service controls further handling after receiving a copy; deleting this app does not recall copies already saved or shared.

Permissions, network access and third-party services Photo access, camera and saving features depend on system permissions and device conditions. Refusing permission may make the corresponding feature unavailable. Help and legal documents are webpages requiring internet access. Retrieving iCloud photos may also use the network, and carrier charges may apply under your plan. Apple Photos, iCloud, system sharing, GitHub Pages and email services have their own terms. This app cannot control third-party availability, processing outcomes or retention rules. You decide whether to share photos or send feedback; an unsent email draft is not submitted as a support request.

Charges and availability The current version has no in-app account registration or subscription purchase flow. Any download price is shown on the App Store. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of system compatibility, permissions, network conditions or processing failures. Any future paid feature must be presented with its applicable price and purchase terms; these terms do not automatically authorize charges.

Your rights and limits of responsibility We do not promise that every operation will succeed, be error-free or suit every purpose. This statement does not exclude or limit legally required product liability, consumer remedies or other rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact the email below about app issues, unexpected results or requests relating to these terms.

Updates and stopping use We explain feature or terms changes in the app or public webpages and provide notice or obtain consent as required. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights you have already acquired. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion affects photos, preferences and other copies. If a provision is found invalid, other legally valid provisions remain effective.
